Hey thats right. I use facebook a lot to share my content on it but it has a problem that when i post something on the page not everybody get the information. But still it helps a lot.

I agree with you completely – IF the desired action that you want readers to take is to share your post. If you are trying to get readers to subscribe via email, putting a huge CTA at the top of your posts will detract from that. If you’re going for the shares, then yes, that’s a very effective tactic. Basically, you should try to pick one thing and accentuate that aspect of your site as much as you can!

Hi Michael,
That’s absolutely true. I consider Twitter or other networks as my news feed and I never want to see it flood with useless updates from strange people.
There are many services selling followers out there but I never think about using it. These followers are not targeted at all.

Sharing is a very different concept. A strong “Share This” call-to-action at the very top of your best content, asks your readers to tell THEIR friends and followers about your content. When they share a post or a page of yours, it appears in their social stream and their friends, who follow them, will see it.
