Hi Suresh,
Most inbound links from comment sections are nofollow links and they not really a big concern. I just meant the anchor text for links in content section because they have more value in Google’s eyes and worth much more than comment field link. Most SEOers believe that comment links (in case they are dofollow) bring low weight and link juice flow to websites.
In the effort of refreshing Google Search, I also think that they should ignore the comment links soon to get rid of spam comments.

Good move by Google regarding keyword-rich-domains and over optimized sites. I’m concerned with anchor text of incoming links. What if I am commenting too much and my inbound links are from comments website field? Very obviously, bloggers and webmasters don’t like to use different keywords on Name field while commenting and by default it is the name field that will be anchored for the link of website field. This way all the links coming from commenting are purely my own name. What’s your take on it? Are they considered same anchor text?
