The last Google Pagerank update has been done in the current of February 2013. You wrote this article in July 2013. Right now, there is still no pagerank update for 2013.
I guess they updated the URL after february 2013. Since it is a new URL it has no pagerank.
Matt cutts said the next pagerank update will be likely in 2014. I bet pagerank will comeback in 2014.

Yes, that’s right Clara.
Google stopped this feature a few weeks ago without notifying their users. I am considering moving my feed to feedblitz although they charge some money as monthly fee.
Do you know any other alternative?

Since G+’s primary goal is supposedly networking, adding page rank would encourage people to do, well, what they do with regular webpages and such. I can see the black market link trading now. lol
