Te customer service is awful, as I was not told that the watch would be late in coming and have been constantly fobbed off with emails saying that the item has been sent, when it so obviously hasn’t been. I thought that in paying for a high ticket item, you get what you pay for – you obviously don’t…
I have yet to see the item to judge the quality, but at this rate i doubt it will make up for the bad service i have received.
