In reply to Juan. Yeah that's right, the bladeless fans are not really popular, even in the U.S., because they are still expensive. However, you can get the old version of this Dyson fan for just over $100. I really love its clean design in my house.

In reply to Michael Aulia. Yes I think it would be much more convenient to have control buttons on the unit. I use this fan for a week and sometimes I have to look for the remote control just to slow down the fan. There are some ways to keep the design clean without more buttons, they could have just 1 button with integrated swipe controls for example. Then it would be well deserved the $300 price tag. :D

Great review, Tuan! We are still waiting for the unit to make it to Australia (we always get things late!). It’s a pity about the buttons not being on the fan anymore. Maybe they are trying to make it minimalist and clean
