I try my best to reply as quickly as possible. If I don’t get a reply after a few days from a blogger then it create a bad and unprofessional impression in my mind.

In reply to Naser @ Tech Blog. Yes, you can receive emails immediately with your mobile device but I guess it could keep you busy all day then. Checking email each time you get notification and replying them on your phone will take a lot of time. :D

I have two gmail accounts, one is personal and another is for my blog. I have linked my blog’s email to my android and it makes me too easy to check for new emails. :)

In reply to Michael Aulia @CravingTech.com. Yes, that's right. Sometimes I remind myself to come back to reply some old emails but I never can do that because of the overwhelming. Replying immediately is the best way to solve the problem and also show the profession in our business.

I normally reply my emails as quickly as possible, but for a different reason. If you tend to reply later, most of the time they are piling up and you’ll get overwhelmed.

So best is to reply as fast as you can, assuming you’ve got the answer on that given time :)
