I have both the atom pro and the atom. I can’t tell the difference between either, they both amplifiy the noise in a crowd situation that you can not understand who is talking beside you, not saying one on one they do help, watching TV their both the same , using a telephone you have to take it out of your ear. So spend what you want it’s up to you. My two cents They are amplifiers.
