I use Cube case personally but I’ve tried FL and thought it was okay but you definitely need allot of practice. But that’s needed with every program though. I’ve tried some others including some EDM programs as well but Cubecase is my favorite. ?

In reply to Ahmad Ravotta. Dubturbo is crap. Anyone who has said anything good about it is either being paid, or just stupid. It's a toy and is not worthy to even be called a "DAW." Don't waste your time or money on it.

Hi all, I have considered purchasing the software program DubTurbo Beatmaker and was hoping somebody could give me an actual authentic assessment of the software program. The vast majority of internet websites that feature reviews are in fact affiliates promoting the software program therefore i don’t believe that the appraisals are reputable. Thank you in advance for all the information somebody can offer.

I disagree with the statement that you “don’t have to have innate songwriting talent” – if you want to make enjoyable music of any genre, you have to have a thorough knowledge of music theory and know how to apply it to the production of the song.

Great read though – those are all great programs for producing dubstep. I have a Mac and use Logic and (sometimes) Pro Tools, although I completely despise Pro Tools :O

NI Massive is a must have for any kind of EDM, in my opinion. Since I started using it a year or two ago, I can’t even imagine using any other synth for all the wobble bass, sub bass, or any other kind of synth sound for that matter.
