I have an hp laptop and it is saying “recovery you PC needs to be repaired” how do I fix that

Reinstalling a computer is not a solution… It’s like killing the patient to get rid off the pain.. Therefore this is not a fix!

I installed Windows 8 on two of my laptops and had the issue “Your PC needs to be repaired” on both. Then, I chose to refresh my PCs and finally it worked.

Yes Lakshay,
Amazingly the issue is quite common. I did some research to find solutions for the issue and there are tons of them. Somehow I couldn’t refresh PC, probably because of the GPT partition.
Are you having this issue as well?

The best option in such cases is to refresh our PC. Moreover, this seems to be a common problem in windows probably more often when installed with other operating systems on the same computer.
